Better than naked

 

Mosques in Iran, a place of spiritual togetherness, are
separated by a black curtain. This Pardeh attempts to keep
men and women’s lust and desires at bay, but carnal instinct can’t be suppressed in any or time. People find their own way, tearing holes in the threads for winking eyes to peek through
and for lips to move in loving mime. This is how erotica finds
a new expression in Iranian culture.
